Payment Policy

I require a 50% upfront deposit (or you can choose to pay in full upfront) for all custom portraits. 100% upfront deposit is required for my  ornaments. Please note these initial deposits are non-refundable. The final installment is due after you've approved the painting.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the artwork I provide you, I'll do everything I can to make corrections or additions to your painting with the limit of 3 corrections per portrait. If more than 3 corrections are required, I may start charging, but usually we can get the portrait where you want it with a few quick tweaks. 

Shipping Information

I ship via USPS Priority with insurance in the amount equal to the value of the artwork. Tracking information will be emailed to you. Usually packages arrive within 2-3 business days. To request faster shipping, please contact me prior to making your purchase. To ensure proper delivery, please make sure your address is correct in the order form prior to placing an order.

Returns & Damages

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your painting, please let me know what corrections should be made before the shipment of the portrait. I do not refund completed paintings, but strive to satisfy every customer.

If the painting arrives damaged, please notify me asap! KEEP ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS and email me photos of the damage. In order to get a refund, you'll be required to send me photos of the damaged material AND take the material into your nearest Post Office for inspection. It takes 1-2 months to secure a refund if all the steps are followed precisely.

Please send a photo of the damaged artwork to as soon as possible. I will file an insurance claim with the Post Office and either replace your portrait at no charge to you OR provide you with a check for a full refund once I receive the insurance money from the PO.
